minimum size not added to xrc

I have a wxFrame with minimum_size set. And in the generated xrc minSize is not set.

std=c++0x should be updated to std=c++11 or std=c++14

unless there is backwards compatibility concerns that option in the main cmake file should be updated. Or perhaps also check and set CMAKE_CXX_STANDARD instead of specifying the command option manually...

Simple fix is to check if Mac and not add the `-gstabs` option.
