I've got the same issue (mmap failed) with several VNC server apps in Genymotion.

For the time being, the `cabal` package which is needed is not [available ](https://pkgs.alpinelinux.org/packages?name=cabal&branch=edge)for `aarch64`, so we're kind of stuck until it becomes available.

I [managed](https://github.com/gounthar/alpine-ghc-aarch64/releases/tag/v9.0.1-r1) to build an `aarch64` `cabal` package thanks to [RubiksCraft](https://github.com/rubikscraft/alpine-ghc-aarch64) efforts. I think the way to go is to make a [pull request](https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/issues/11176#note_225417) to Alpine directly.
