Hey @0hr, I would suggest that you put up a nearly-empty po/tr.po file to get things started -- using these instructions.

If @Bot-Kerem has some changes that haven't been shared, then it would be easy for them to merge them into your PO file later (via msgcat and normalization with msgmerge).
