@Yi-fan-Du have you managed to get it? i have the same issue. maybe try downloading the AMASS dataset (https://github.com/ZhengyiLuo/PHC/issues/5), and running this script - https://github.com/ZhengyiLuo/PHC/blob/master/scripts/data_process/convert_amass_data.py (https://github.com/ZhengyiLuo/PHC/issues/22)?
