There is an "ERROR render of "section" failed" error [in the `hugo` command of the `Run npm test` step](https://github.com/Minimum-CD/cd-manifesto/actions/runs/8053024221/job/21994431946#step:7:24). There appear to be several upstream "execute of template failed" errors....
