Added conversion of hostname to IP

CGI is not part of python as of 3.13

The `cgi` module used to parse form data is not available any more as of python 3.13. For remi to continue, the dependency here https://github.com/rawpython/remi/blob/master/remi/server.py#L577 has to be removed An...
