Yeah, I didn't notice #9726 before opening this PR. [Browser Compatibility](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/MediaRecorder#Browser_compatibility) is not that good yet (basically Chrome and Firefox (desktop and mobile)).
