Use native methods if exists.

Implement another loader, that checks for a constructor from `path` property in a global variable namespace. Like `{path: "global.my.namespace.ctor"}`.

In `./dist` folder. - `./dist/dm-jquery-requirejs.js` - `./dist/dm-rsvp-requirejs.js` etc.

May be good idea?
