Since my duplicate issue (#7213) got closed, I will ask it here. Is there a plan to fix this issue in the near future?

When I compile my Italian extension, I expect it to be compiled against symbols stored in Italian extension .alpackage folder, not with a symbols from some other extension.

I see the same case was reported in Yammer back in 2020. You even fixed something in navcontainerhelper for it. But, i don't think it was solved for RAD case....

Have the same issue. It's not only for PROD environment, but for QA as well (using S2S token, thus Publish-PerTenantExtensionApps is used) Installed extensions windows looks crazy :)
