Thanks for doing this! Works in VS2015, but only after: mbstate_t is undefined (config.h line 383) HAVE_MBSTATE_T is defined (config.h line 177) Cheers.

USRP sample has block ID's not compatible w/ GNURadio 3.7.x. This simply updates the blocks to the comparable 3.7.x block ID with the same functionality

Windows doesn't have the "libm" library so causes a build failure for siggen. Simply excluding the CMAKE command when MSVC compiling fixes the issue

agc3 block fails tests

qa_agc fails when testing agc3 block due to the values not being as expected. Examined code for MSVC related issues, added memory alignment and changed _finite if..then but no change.
