[macOS-13.4.1] `Segmentation fault: 11` starting `magic`

I've installed `magic` following the instructions from [`INSTALL_MacOS.md#with-brew`](https://github.com/RTimothyEdwards/magic/blob/5352a235773514492962eb46a6d76d17442151c8/INSTALL_MacOS.md#with-brew). This change adds the ability to print the `drc why` output in units of `lambda`. In other words, it skips the conversion if requested in the technology file.

The `aws_iam_instance_profile` resource in https://github.com/philips-labs/terraform-aws-github-runner/blob/74471de59ac97748581612efa62c3950344916f4/modules/runners/policies-runner.tf#L11-L16 requires the `iam:TagInstanceProfile` permission.

This doesn't _actually_ enable it by default but it allows users the ability to edit https://github.com/RTimothyEdwards/magic/blob/291ba96285bcd7c2176f95229fc540bd88a25b88/tcltk/wrapper.tcl#L1187 such that the window command entry can be enabled by default.
