Hi there, yes I have, I put 'http://localhost/~[myusername]/pongo-1/public' - do you know if I'm supposed to put this or the project root ie 'http://localhost/~[myusername]/pongo-1/'?

Ah, are you using something like MAMP or XAMPP?
