Allow ability to set a status message somewhere on the page to notify others of expected downtime/updates/etc.

Something I thought up, ability to have multiple "masters" that several servers push to, that in turn sends it to the true "master".

Currently the default client only watches whatever disk is mounted at `/`, this should be added to the configuration file.
