This is true, but I don't want to affect my git config, since there's some case I don't use a CDN...

Fixed by using `janet-lang` rather than `janet-lang-bin` package from AUR, this seems to be a problem from upper stream.
There are more issues, and I found this plugin really not working smooth with many of my other plugins...
The same, `AMD Ryzen 7 4800U with Radeon Graphics (16) @ 1.800GHz` with `AMD ATI 03:00.0 Renoir` here, and the command hangs without exiting.
I encounter the same issue, but I'm cloning from gitee. BTW, how is local socket related to remote servers or vpn?
