notification should pop up when playing music

When playing music and you get a notification the audio should move to another small bubble and stay like that until the notifications are cleared

Please add a nightly or dev branch so that features can be tested and approved before being pushed into the stable build

Syphon not requesting permissions in version 0.2.14

Hello, I had recently downloaded syphon v 0.2.14 via the google play store, however there were no permissions asked for unlike the f-droid version v0.2.13 which asked for notification, photo/video/music/audio....
