I have a PR up that fixes the issue, can temporary built it from my fork until @snuffyDev approves the PR.

+1 At the moment the default proxy "yt-hls-rewriter.onrender.com" is hardcoded and doesn't seem like there is a viable way to override it either through env var or persist the configuration...
