Yes, it seems it’s not related to 2FA, but the migration in general, and the first action I’ve did is enabling 2FA. The migration was already on 6.1 I think...

I confirm I can reproduce the same behavior, did you find a solution?

Same issue for me. Telegram is the main app in Battery statistics. Background activity is there even if I disable background from iPhone settings. Same issue on iPad too.
