Managing user permissions for environment: azuredevops_environment_user_permissions

Make sure to use the correct userId (at least for me), by creating an entitlement for the azuredevops_group first. **userId = azuredevops_group_entitlement.azdo_group.id**

Should portal migration work between Developer SKU and StandardV2 Sku?

I found these powershell scripts in another repository and reworked them to work with the v2 SKU. Provided as is!
