Your logs are completely normal. What's the actual issue you're facing when you're trying to update an app?
The health check that year has nothing to do with updating the app. You can simply log into the dashboard and you will still probably see the same error message...
Run `sudo -s` then followed by `whoami` - what do you see?
Then continue with running the command above, what does it say?
