The utils folder of the v1.000 release zip does not include the install_linux.sh script, but does include the macos version.

The [MobaXterm](https://mobaxterm.mobatek.net/) application doesn't detect/list any of the Monaspace fonts. I am sure they are installed properly because phpStorm and other apps can see, load, and use them just fine....
