图片旋转问题

单选、可编辑、裁剪、强制裁剪。 当图片有旋转角度时，小图显示图片是歪的 ，显示裁剪框是又变正了。 勾选确定直接。 然后显示的裁剪出来的图片又歪了，而且没机会调整。 图片上传不了，只能文字描述了。

希望可以增加使用滚轮跳转月份功能

现在月份跳转只能使用上方按钮，希望可以使用滚轮跳转月份
