This sounds like a Maven working directory issue. I don't often use mvn:exec to run anything so I'm not the expert on adjusting all that.

No, not without hacking the [server launcher](https://github.com/gitblit/gitblit/blob/master/src/main/java/com/gitblit/GitBlitServer.java#L288-L292). I have no idea why the Skype for Business cert confuses things.

This disables wraps for everything. Maybe we need two methods instead of reversing the behavior for all uses.
