We are using both `network_tools` and `dart_ping` in vernet. Let's focus on [network_tools_flutter](https://github.com/git-elliot/network_tools/issues/32) first. Then we just add `dart_ping_ios` to make it work on iOS also.

That can cause battery drain, I know ping operation 254 times will put lot of work on the OS even when the user doesn't want so.

I guess it's not a bug but rather extended functionality to further discover devices using ARP table. Hence removing bug from label would be better.
