annoymous user can post feedback when ALLOW_ANONYMOUS_FEEDBACK = False

I tried several times, and find annoymous user can post feedback when I set

ALLOW_ANONYMOUS_FEEDBACK = False

Another problem is when I click the "View all feedback" in admin site. There only shows Feedbacks no Annoymous feedbacks shown on "all feedback" page
