Same. I updated Lulu to 2.0 before installing Big Sur and I have kept all the rules, but they are ignored and everything is blocked.

Might be unrelated but I downgraded from 0.37 to 0.36 on OSx for the same reason.

Yep that's what I am doing right now; maybe I should have mentioned it as a possible temporary solution in my first post. So don't worry, this fix is low...
