There are two different 8M PSRAM from Espressif: ESP-PSRAM64 and ESP-PSRAM64H. ESP-PSRAM64 requires an 1.8V power supply while ESP-PSRAM64H works under 3.3V. You can distinguish between them from the laser...

Hi @llisnikowski , I doubt whether it's related to your customized board or secure boot. Have you tested if this issue happens without secure boot or on an official devkit?
