Issue with opening SacreCoeur.rdc

I am unable to open the SacreCouer test file. Please see attached Debug info. I am using MMI v4.0 and Blender 2.93.1 [Debug Log.txt](https://github.com/eliemichel/MapsModelsImporter-samples/files/9336919/Debug.Log.txt) .
