the samples merged were using different jquery UI. this can be optimize to decrease the size of the package

Thius will make the asset more stable (avoid breaking changes when API change)

The tables created by the connector are missing the field ID  The ID is there in the topic... This used to work

Add an optional configuration to define the ssh port. The default will be 22

This will enable leaving the VMs up for longer times. The default will be as it is now, so this change will be transparent to existing configs
