アプリケーション上にて"Ctrl+V"でテキストを張り付けた場合にかな入力できなくなる

Edge等のブラウザでURL等テキストをコピーした後、メモ帳などて"Ctrl+V"で張り付けを行うと、以後CorvusSKKでのかな入力が行えなくなる症状が発生しました、私の環境では他のアプリケーションでも同様の症状が再現します。 対処方法として、かな入力できるまで"Alt+~"でIMのON/OFFを行い、"Ctrl+J"でかな入力へと遷移できるまでこれを繰替えす事でしたが、ストレスになるので解決方法を模索しました。 私の環境では現象は2024年12末頃に発生し、この時はWindowsが壊れたのかと思いWindowsの再インストールを行いました。そして暫くはこの現象が発生していなかったのですが、2月になり再びこの症状が発生する様になりました。 そこで Windows Update で配信された更新プログラムの影響かと考え、直近(2月12日)にインストールされた KB5051989 をアンインストールした所この現象が治まりました。 Windows側の問題だと思われますが、同様の問題が発生している方の参考になればと思います。 **環境** Windows11 Pro 23H2 CorvusSKK 3.3.0 US配列キーボード
