That is quite weird, maybe the Waydroid install got corrupted and a fresh install could fix it? Hopefully someone knows how to resolve this issue.

There's also an option called "Whitelist mode". So, instead of processes to bypass proxy, you'll enter programs that will run through the proxy. Maybe, you need this option
