Tried my best to run Magentic One on Ubuntu 22.04, but WebSurfer doesn't work

I was following this link to run Magentic-One on Ubuntu 22.04 cloud server. https://github.com/microsoft/autogen/tree/main/python/packages/autogen-magentic-one#environment-configuration-for-chat-completion-client there are some missing steps need to be added by following this issue...
