genpac 2.1.0 无法生成 autoproxy.pac 文件

genpac --proxy="SOCKS5 127.0.0.1:1080" --gfwlist-proxy="SOCKS5 127.0.0.1:1080" --gfwlist-local="~/gfwlist.txt" --output="~/autoproxy.pac" 把gfwlist.txt下载下来，改为URL等方式，都无法生成autoproxy.pac！！！ 无语。。。。
