This entire codebase is an exact duplicate of [@mbostock's work on Cube](https://github.com/square/cube/blob/master/lib/cube/client/semicolon.js). It is bad form to break the github network graph by copy-and-pasting code, consider forking the original work.

The spec defines 202 status codes for asynchronous media uploads, so test 700, 701, and 702 should allow it.
