Should be fixed by https://github.com/scrapinghub/dateparser/pull/1069

Yes, `--verbose` and `--processes` also fail like this for me with Nosetests 1.3.4.

I came here to ask for `.` to work. I mostly use `.` with `d` but I definitely use it with `c` and other [operators](https://vimhelp.org/motion.txt.html#operator) too to repeat the change.

Similarly, `triton-2.1.0-0-cp38-cp38-manylinux2014_x86_64.manylinux_2_17_x86_64.whl` created a directory named `simple/triton-2-1-0`

You should probably be using a regex like https://github.com/pypa/wheel/blob/main/src/wheel/wheelfile.py#L15-L21 to extract information from the wheel filename.

You can also use my [patcher tool](https://github.com/georgevreilly/torch21/blob/main/README.md#using-the-patched-wheel-with-rules_python) to create a patched `pip2pi` wheel.

I suppose that would work, but it's ugly. My use case is two-phase template evaluation, build-time and run-time.
