I too can't "see" the ev3dev device when trying to pair via bluetooth. Enabling tethering on chrombook or on EV3dev didn't seem to help. It does appear to work as...
I also hit this error. I think the biggest issue is that the very first `getting-started` example on https://plotly.com/python/getting-started/ does not import pandas, but uses plotly.express.
