Support wechat QR code login of USTB vpn

In recent days, USTB vpn add wechat QR code login (see: screenshot in #24 and https://sis.ustb.edu.cn ), the password login is blocked. We need to support QR code login.

Bump fyne to 2.5.x

Note: Fyne 2.5.x requires go 1.19, we also bump go min version in go.mod to 1.19.
