Try adding `spacer: false` to options. **Example:** `$('#your_element').stick_in_parent({spacer: false});`

The [pull request](https://github.com/taylormsj/acf-cf7/pull/6) of @robertark fixed it for me. Since the code was only of cometic nature it should be good to merge for a quick fix.
