Heh, seeing as this seems to be resolved, I'll go ahead and close out this issue.

@StuartIanNaylor - I have tried at PCIe Gen 3.0, 2.0, and 1.0, and have encountered the exact same issue on all three speeds.

Going to see what happens with `nouveau` on Pi 5. The proprietary drivers weren't built for arm64 (only amd64) back when this card was supported...
