dotfiles Comment out CLICOLOR_FORCE=1 with warning

CLICOLOR_FORCE=1 can cause issues where shell output is captured -- such as with opam install topkg, ocamlfind and anywhere else shell output is captured. Included warning about uncommenting this line

See https://github.com/ocaml/ocamlfind/issues/40 and https://github.com/dbuenzli/topkg/issues/119#issuecomment-1073389576 about a day wasted trying to figure out why I couldn't opam install csvtool -- which relied on opam install topkg -- which relied on ocamlfind -- which captures output from ls.

I think I got the CLICOLOR_FORCE=1 line in my own .zshrc from here when I forked this repo in conjunction with https://github.com/geerlingguy/mac-dev-playbook
