Update included SDK libs to current.

I updated it to 2.2.2, because 2.0.3 isnt as reliable and smooth (and its the version in the AUR atm).

Allow configuration file load from Docker configs

Docker configs apparently mount as read only. I have an open pull request (https://github.com/silverwind/droppy/pull/398) that somewhat solves this problem. Ideally it would use docker secrets, but I am lazy.
