Um currently there's no argument for `nextTab` to stop wrapping around. I'll add it and a new version of Vimium C may be released in up to 2 weeks.

Just an AD: I have [Vimium C](https://github.com/gdh1995/vimium-c) and it can prevent access keys when commands are triggered, at almost no cost & without modifying DOM.
