@tomato42 thanks for the test environment information. You also anticipated our next question regarding sample size. We collected far fewer samples and our confidence intervals range from around 20-90 ns....

Hi @tomato42. We finally have a sufficient sample size to reproduce your results in a POWER10 LPAR. Now we need to find where the problem is. What are you thinking...
