I was able to make it run even with Rosetta by using the [Bitnami-Image](https://hub.docker.com/layers/bitnami/tensorflow-serving/latest/images/sha256-7291b49d19ae2c547544f80628e3780b71d9c885d465897b4a5bf16206a69c85?context=explore) which comes with `linux/amd64` and `linux/arm64` support.

Issue's been there for two weeks. Why is there no answer?

Any motivation to solve this issue? It's been month without any activity.

I was able to install the latest version of TFDS (`4.9.4`) on my M2 Mac.
