Thank you for your answer. I understand this is a possible use but may be not a good practice compared to PNG encoding. Shouldn't the ATS test `/extensions/coverage/table_val/tpudt` be modified...

IE11 support may be optional for itowns v1, but it isn't for itowns v2 if we want to use it for geoportal web site. We will have to fix it...
