Reran it [here](https://app.terra.bio/#workspaces/allofus-drc-wgs-dev/GVS%20AoU%20WGS%2010K%20Callset/job_history/8920a247-8685-4013-8d65-1dde597f3f3f) and it succeeded, data looks good as far as I can tell.

In order to test this, I created a small (10 sample) test set using all of us data.
