Create Windows batch file for starting/stopping the bot

Create a Windows .bat file to start/stop the bot. Base it off the current linux bxbot.sh

Get bot building and running on Java JDK 17 (LTS).

Add new adapter that allow backtesting a strategy with Ta4j. PR contributed by @MarcDahlem - see #135.

Integration with [BX-bot](https://github.com/gazbert/bxbot). Angular UI app will run on node, but will integrate with BX-bot REST API.

Add Optional Config to Trading Strategy screen. Basically a list of Key/Value pairs that the user can add/delete, e.g. Key: order-amount Value: 0.1 Key: short-ema-interval Value: 5
