I think the default language should still be a setting. Having start as the system lang may be more intuitive than just assuming English.

Oh my bad. I misread something. I openned this issue because mine had defaulted to "aa" but I think that might have been a bug in Go to Social.

GtS has a setting for default lang but it may not return it in a way Tuba likes. Tusky got the right default en, but that might have just been...
