I just copied it to the right place manually, didn't use the zip-file. The path of the compiled addon is shown at the end of the compilation process.

I'd also be interested in this.. This would make streaming over the internet possible..

Any updates on this? I'm also having this issue as i'm using an LG TV. Willing to debug as well.
