k8s operator: tailscale ingress sometimes tries to connect to 127.0.0.1 instead of ClusterIP, fails with "netstack: could not connect to local server at ..."

Restarting the kubernetes host seems to have fixed it, at least for now.

Well still seems better for the toolchain to have as few non-hermetic deps as possible

`redhat.ansible` extension must not modify the workspace settings (with `ansible.python.interpreterPath`).

https://github.com/ansible/vscode-ansible/pull/1397 did not attempt to fix this and I don't think it did.
