Dashboard does not update statuses correctly

Just to be clear. I am using Redmine 1.0.3 and I have run "rake db:migrate RAILS_ENV=production" and "rake db:migrate_plugins RAILS_ENV=production"

Report does not include changes to constant values

Thanks @siom79 for your response. I agree this does not break compatibility during normal usage but I do have a case where the String value would cause a breakage e.g....
